About the store
Hi everyone! My name is Paulina Moritz and I've been a math teacher since 2015. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics & Secondary Education and my Master's Degree in Special Education. I started off teaching in college for 2 years and then started teaching in a high school in 2017. Over the years, I have taught multiple levels of Geometry, Statistics, Pre-Calculus, College Algebra, Developmental Math, and several math support classes. Bouncing from class to class meant starting over with a new curriculum, which meant I had to find resources to use. Some classes didn't have textbooks or workbooks to work from, and those that did weren't all that great. Having a specialization in special education meant I was able to create lessons and activities that were scaffolded, provided a lot of practice for students, and differentiated to accommodate inclusive classrooms.

Intro to Geometric Proofs - Reference Notes

These guided notes cover the most important segment and angle concepts in geometry. I use these to introduce geometric proofs at the beginning of the year. I turned this reference into a "Find Someone Who" activity, which has students find the remaining names of the concepts from other students. It's a fun and quick way for them to get out of their seats and mingle with other students. There are 15 versions of the reference that can be printed, with each version giving only one of the following

Pre-Calculus: Unit Circle Guided Notes

I made this resource for my students to go along with their construction of the Unit Circle. Over the years, I would just verbally go through creating the Unit Circle with them and talked about the different patterns to use. They would get it in the moment, but then would forget the next day. I decided to create a resource for them to use when we initially construct the Unit Circle, but also to use as a reference later on. The resource features: Notes on what the Unit Circle is.Quadrantal Angles
