Working Levels Posters with Scenarios | Voice Levels Classroom Management

I created these working level scenarios for my own classroom when I realized that using numbers (like Level 1, 2, 3, or 4) didn’t always make sense to students. They needed something more concrete, something they could picture. Instead of numbers, each level is connected to a real life situation. About the store

Experience

I’ve been an educator for over 11 years, working with elementary students in a variety of classroom settings. Over time, I’ve created and refined resources to meet the needs of real students with different learning styles and skill levels. Many of the materials in this store were developed for my own classroom and adjusted based on what actually worked.

Teaching style

My teaching style is hands on, flexible, and student-centered. I value clear instructions, manageable expectations, productive struggle and resources that support understanding with a little bit of Disney Magic thrown in. I believe learning should feel approachable, and I aim to create materials that help students build confidence while making teachers’ lives a little easier.

My own education history

I am a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, where I completed my bachelor’s in elementary education. Since then, I’ve continued to grow professionally through classroom experience, collaboration with colleagues, and refining materials based on what truly works in practice.

Additional biographical information

I’m a creative educator who loves designing resources that are both functional and visually appealing. I enjoy using color for classroom organization and structure, and that influence often shows up in my materials. I’m also a big Disney fan, and I believe a little creativity and fun can go a long way in making learning more engaging for students and teachers alike.
