I have had success with even the most reluctant students - both in person and online - by engaging students with these low-stakes but entertaining questions. There are monologues, scenes, writing prompts, spare or open scenes and two lessons for a simple group performance activity. And yes, the monologues and scenes actually make a one act play with the focus on competition in all shapes and forms.
