This is my third collection of monologues and scenes for teens and is faith-based without being preachy. Some are fun and trendy, some are dramatic and have a historical aspect to them . A few are not obviously based in faith but are G-rated and work well for Christian schools/parochial schools or homeschool drama groups. Most are gender flexible. I will be adding to the collection every month and you will get updates and new material at no charge if you buy now! That's a deal !
How are you going to talk about AI use in your classroom this year? I have create three ice breakers and a fun infographic as starting points with my students this fall. It gets students thinking and can start an ongoing healthy conversation instead of being combative with students. This is not a unit plan or a single lesson plan. Just three activities - use one or all. plus the infographic. I will be adding to these activities and graphics throughout the year. You will get all new activities w

Even big kids like to color. Here is a coloring page to review literary terms in poetry for middle school. Can be extra credit, warm up or part of a sub plan.
I had too much fun creating these activities - PERFECT for the beginning of the school year - that are simple yet engaging - and very pink. I am also adding new activities weekly. But don't worry, even if kids haven't seen the movie, they can do the activities: This or that, word scramble, icebreakers, an 8 by 10 classroom poster, and agenda slides. I also have added an article with some comprehension questions that can be a very basic introduction to evidence or opinion. You can use google sl

They are bright, fun, and trendy. One even teaches a little bit of grammar. ( AAAWWUBBIS) I saved some of them in multiple formats so you can enlarge them if you wish and get them printed professionally. Just email me about that, as TPT does not let me list all file types. I will be adding more posters, and you will get all the updates without an increase in price. Right now there are five posters in the folder, but there will be more. It's a great deal. I have had success with even the most reluctant students - both in person and online - by engaging students with these low-stakes but entertaining questions. They have to choose between things like giving up snap chat or giving up Tik Tok and then write a paragraph defending their choice. ( The writing element is optional if you just want to use this as an icebreaker.) I have attached a Google slide activity to walk them through it. Contact me if you need a basic worksheet of the assignment i
I love creating Gen Z approved posters and artwork ( for t-shirts,etc). This is a zip drive of digital media files you can print. One is "Catch a bubble" and one is the SNL inspired TSIDDAHN. There are monologues, scenes, writing prompts, spare or open scenes and two lessons for a simple group performance activity. And yes, the monologues and scenes actually make a one act play with the focus on competition in all shapes and forms. I put this together in particular for those of you, like me, who teach in small schools with no space, no budget and kiddos with not a ton of experience.
Keeping up with those TikTok trends here is some digital art to print out that will look great in your room and get the student's attention. I will be making a series of these posters and adding them to the listing so you will get them forfree later. Any questions, email me and check out my other Gen Z posters.

Fun and bright! A great way to decorate the classroom. Remind students they are "Kenough" or that it is ok for Barbie to love grammar. Five pdfs you can print off. Please respect my efforts and do not share with your teacher bestie for free.
This is a bundle of quizzes and writing prompts for the entire novel. It is not a bundle of MC quizzes, but rather reflective questions on the reading that they can write a response to. There are also some lit terms and vocab.
