Description

STEM Activities and read aloud books go hand-in-hand in this BUNDLE, perfect for enrichment, gifted and talented programs, and all elementary classrooms. These STEM activities bring these beloved stories to life! Perfect for your STEM library, makerspace, or to use as a literacy-based STEM curriculum.

Each resource includes multiple STEM challenges so that you can either allow for student choice or use the challenges across multiple grade levels but only one story.

Some of the options are more appropriate for one age group than another (for instance, in Bookshelf STEM Jr. Strictly No Elephants is better for K-1, while Those Darn Squirrels is better for upper grades, and Holes and Hatchet are most appropriate for upper grades, too, but The Wild Robot is appropriate for everyone). I always recommend previewing the book ahead of time to make sure it's a good fit for your particular group of students.
