It has full boxes for every day of the week divided into Objective, Interactive, Explicit Instruction, Independent, and Summarizing (I do-You do-We do). For better planning I included KUD (Know-Understand-Do) to help you narrow down instruction and plan effective assessment tools.

Also included a Frayer graphic organizer if you use Notebooks in math.
